The Rochester Ravens consider you, our Season Ticket Holders, a member of our team’s family. We would like to welcome you to Marina Auto Stadium this season. As a member of our family you are eligible for special privileges only available to Season Ticket Holders.
Please read the following information thoroughly in order to get the most out of your season ticket experience. Each season we strive to enhance the season ticket packages to make your time with the Ravens the best time it can be. Ordering Additional Ravens Tickets
As a season ticket holder, you can order extra tickets for Raven games throughout the year by calling the Ravens main office.
Lost/Misplaced Tickets
If you have misplaced or lost your Season Tickets, the Ravens Box Office Manager can help reprint them for you by calling our office as soon as there is a problem. In most cases, the originally printed ticket(s) will be voided and new ones will be issued. However, if the original tickets are found and then used to enter the stadium, that person will be given the option to purchase tickets for that evening or leave the arena immediately. The Ravens reserve all rights to restrict the reprinting or re-issuing of tickets.
Stolen Tickets
You should consider your Ravens season tickets like money and always keep them in a safe place. However, if someone steals your season tickets, don’t worry. Call the police immediately and file a report. Send us a copy of the report and we’ll reprint your tickets. We’ll notify stadium security so if someone shows up with the stolen tickets; they’ll be ready to handle the problem.
Ticket Redemption Program
As a season ticket holder you can exchange complete unused tickets from past games, for tickets to any regular season game. To redeem, bring your unused tickets to the Doug Miller Sports Dome at least 24 hours prior to the regular season game of your choice.
Charitable Ticket Donation Program
If you prefer, you can donate your unused tickets to the Ravens Community Tickets program and provide a special night out for underprivileged youth. There are two ways in which you can participate in this program. You can either donate your tickets on a game by game basis or collect all your unused tickets and donate them for our Community Night Redemption game. We will work with several charities in the area to distribute your ticket donations.
Season Ticket Holder Party
Season Ticket Holders will be invited to an exclusive private party with the Raven players and coaches. The Ravens office will contact you with the date and time when the party is scheduled.
Merchandise Discount
Season Ticket Holders will receive a 10% discount on Ravens merchandise at the Doug Miller Sports Dome. Please present your season ticket holder ID card found with your saeason ticket package when you picked up your tickets.
